Eligibility Requirements
Age Requirement
Must be 65 years old or above
Financial Status
Program is designed for indigent elders with financial constraints who cannot afford regular medical care
Pre-Registration Required
Must register in advance to enable proper planning and resource allocation
Valid Identification
Must present valid ID to confirm age (National ID, Voter's Card, or any government-issued ID)
Note: Priority is given to those demonstrating genuine financial need. The program aims to reach elders who would otherwise have difficulty accessing healthcare.

Step 5: Attend the Event
Come to the hospital on the scheduled date (3rd Saturday of the month) with your ID.
Pre-registration is mandatory to help us plan adequately and ensure everyone receives quality care. Walk-ins may not be accommodated due to limited resources.

Important Guidelines
What to do and what to avoid

Pre-register in advance
Registration is mandatory and helps us plan resources effectively
Arrive early
Come between 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM to avoid long waiting times
Bring valid identification
National ID, voter's card, or any government-issued ID showing your age
Bring previous medical records
If you have any existing medical documents, please bring them
Be patient and respectful
We serve many elders each month; kindly wait your turn
Ask questions
Feel free to ask doctors and nurses about your health concerns
Follow medical advice
Take medications as prescribed and follow lifestyle recommendations
Bring a caregiver if needed
If you need assistance, you may bring one family member or caregiver

Don't come without pre-registering
Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed service due to limited resources
Don't misrepresent your age or status
This program is strictly for elders 65+ with genuine financial need
Don't bring large groups
Only the registered patient and one caregiver (if necessary) should attend
Don't expect services beyond the scope
Focus is on hypertension, diabetes, malaria, and common age-related conditions
Don't be disruptive or aggressive
Maintain a calm, respectful attitude towards staff and other patients
Don't sell or share medications
Medications are prescribed specifically for you; sharing is dangerous
Don't abuse the privilege
This is for those truly in need; misuse denies care to others
Don't expect instant complex procedures
Major surgeries or specialized treatments may require referral or separate arrangements
